FLEX-AS is completely transparent about what data we use about you.
FLEX-AS may process the following personal data:

Your company name
Your address details
Your telephone number
Your e-mail address

FLEX-AS processes your personal data after you have provided it by telephone or e-mail. This is to contact you by telephone if you request it and/or to be able to contact you in writing by e-mail. This is in the context of issuing an offer and/or the execution of a contract for services concluded with you or in the context of its promotional activities. The partners’ laptops and mobile phones are password protected.
FLEX-AS does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. FLEX-AS will only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

FLEX-AS uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website. The information thus obtained, including the IP address of your provider, but excluding the IP address of your computer, will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google’s privacy policy for more information. You will also find the privacy policy of Google Analytics there. Google will use this information to keep track of how the FLEX-AS website is used and to be able to provide reports about the website to FLEX-AS. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. FLEX-AS has no influence on this. FLEX-AS has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through the websites of FLEX-AS for other Google services.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to connect@flex-as.nl FLEX-AS will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks. Your personal data is well protected at FLEX-AS.
